Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website at www.aranayala.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Forest Trails (Pvt) Ltd, a company incorporated in Sri Lanka ("we", "us", "Arana"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at www.aranayala.com/terms/. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes: to learn about the property, make enquiries, and complete reservations. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Sri Lankan or international law.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications through the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Use automated tools to scrape, index, or mirror the Site in a manner that places undue load on our infrastructure.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, graphics, the Arana brand name and logo, and the design of the Site, is owned by or licensed to Forest Trails (Pvt) Ltd and is protected by copyright. Nothing on the Site transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You may share links to pages on the Site and reproduce small extracts for personal, non-commercial reference, provided you attribute the source. Any other reproduction requires our written consent.

Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or free from errors. Room rates, availability, and facilities are subject to change. The definitive terms of any reservation are those in your booking confirmation.

Images on the Site are representative of Arana by Forest Trails. Photographic representations may differ slightly from actual rooms and surroundings.

Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, our booking platform, social media profiles, or local attractions). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

Our online booking engine is provided by a third-party reservation platform. Bookings made through that platform are also subject to that provider's terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forest Trails (Pvt) Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
