Booking Policy
Making a reservation
Reservations can be made through our online booking engine at www.aranayala.com or by contacting our reservations team directly:

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or booking reference from Arana. We recommend keeping a copy of your confirmation for reference.
Check-in and check-out times
- Check-in: from 14:00 (2:00 pm)
- Check-out: by 12:00 noon
Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to room availability on the day. Please enquire with the hotel directly — we will do our best to accommodate your travel schedule.
A valid passport or national identity document is required at check-in.
Minimum stay
There is no general minimum stay. One-night bookings are welcome.
A minimum stay may apply to specific packages or promotional offers. Any such requirement will be stated clearly at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
Standard cancellation terms
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
- Cancellations received more than 48 hours before arrival — no charge. Any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival — a cancellation charge applies. The specific charge will be stated in your booking confirmation.
- No-shows — guests who do not arrive on the reserved date without prior cancellation may be charged in accordance with the booking confirmation.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email to stay@aranayala.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The time of the written cancellation determines which policy applies.
Arana reserves the right to apply different cancellation terms during peak seasons or for group bookings, promotional rates, or specific packages. Any variation will be communicated clearly in your booking confirmation.
Rates and payment
Room rates are quoted per room per night and include applicable taxes. Rates are demand-based and vary by season, room type, and booking channel. The rate in your confirmed booking is the rate that applies.
Payment terms (deposit, full prepayment, or pay on arrival) will be stated in your booking confirmation. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through our booking platform.
Rates for transfers, airport pickups, and other ancillary services are available on request. Please contact stay@aranayala.com for current pricing.
Pets
Pets are not permitted as standard. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to bring a pet, please contact us before booking so we can discuss your request.
Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome at Arana. We provide:
- Baby cots — complimentary on request
- Extra beds — available in any room category on request
- Child-minding — available on request (free of charge)
Please mention any requirements at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.
Group and travel-agent bookings
For group reservations or trade enquiries, please contact our reservations team directly at stay@aranayala.com. Separate terms and conditions may apply to group bookings.
Liability
Forest Trails (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for loss of personal property during your stay. We recommend guests take out appropriate travel insurance before arrival. Arana accepts no liability for disruption, cancellation, or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather events, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures).
